About Graeme

 

Graeme Hopson

Graeme has been passionate about music from an early age, singing with the local church choir and youth theatre groups, and studying piano and singing. He began composing from the age of 12, with his music soon winning many local and national awards and being performed on BBC radio and at the Royal Festival Hall, London. Graeme holds a Masters' degree from the Royal Northern College of Music and a teaching diploma from Queens' College, University of Cambridge.

Graeme has many years' experience as a teacher, performer, accompanist, adjudicator at music festivals, choir leader, and musical director for Suffolk Young People's Theatre at the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds.

Graeme lives in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with his wife, Lisa, and their boys, Theo and Milo.
